The key is to understand that self-doubt is normal. It’s a part of the process, but it doesn’t have to control you.

2. It’s temporary: Doubt comes and goes. What matters is how you move through it.

3. It’s not reality: Your fear is not always based on fact. Most of the time, it's just your mind playing tricks.

How to Overcome Self-Doubt

1. Change your inner dialogue. Speak to yourself with kindness and encouragement.

2. Focus on your achievements, not your fears. Look at what you’ve already accomplished.

3. Surround yourself with positive influences. Seek encouragement from those who believe in you.
