Session Policy

To ensure every session is valuable and respectful of both our time, please review the following guidelines:

1. Be on Time
   Please join at the scheduled time. Late arrivals shorten your session duration.
    

2. No Refunds or Cancellations
   Payments are final. Once booked, sessions cannot be canceled or refunded.
    

3. Rescheduling
   One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 12 hours before your scheduled session.
   After this cutoff, the booking will be considered confirmed. Missing it will count as a no-show, with no refund provided.
    

4. No-Shows
   If you miss your session without prior notice, it will be treated as canceled. No reschedule or refund will be issued.
    

5. Respect the Time Slot
   Each session has a fixed duration. Extending beyond that requires a new session booking.
    

6. Recording Policy
   Sessions may be recorded for quality and reference purposes.
   By attending, you consent to being recorded. These recordings will never be shared publicly without your permission.
    

7. Confidentiality
   Everything discussed during the session remains private and confidential.
    

8. Technical Responsibility
   Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, working audio/video and a quiet environment.
   Technical issues on your end will not qualify for a refund or reschedule.
    

9. Usage Disclaimer
   The session content is intended solely for your personal and professional growth. Redistribution, resale or public sharing is not permitted.
