Services & Paid Sessions

Payments for paid sessions are generally non-refundable once work has started or the session has taken place. Bookings cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or transferred unless agreed upon in advance or required by law.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment is deducted but your order is not confirmed, or you are charged more than once, contact us for verification and a refund where applicable.

Refund Requests
